The partners

Founded by operators. Run as a partnership.

Leap Associates is led by six partners. Between them they co-founded a microfinance bank and the mobile money platform it became, took a digital bank applicant through its licensing gates, built an SME payments company, helped design the instant payment and settlement infrastructure a national market runs on, advised the World Bank, IFC and the Mastercard Foundation on financial inclusion, and held senior risk, compliance and cybersecurity leadership roles.
